'BE THERE' WHEN THE NEW YORK STATE FAMILY RIGHTS ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES THE NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT FOR THE AMERICAN FAMILY

Poughkeepsie, NY - August 20, 2003 - PRESS/MEDIA CONFERENCE BEING HELD AUGUST 21, 2003 AT 8AM SHARP. FRONT STEPS OF THE DUTCHESS COUNTY FAMILY COURT BUILDING. THE NEWLY FORMED NEW YORK FAMILY RIGHTS ASSOCIATION STANDS IN DEFENSE OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT. 

Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. 

THEREFORE: 

The New York State Family Rights Association is formally announcing its presence and encouraging all Groups, Organizations, Associations, Individuals, Families, Concerned Citizens to join us in strengthening the fight against tyranny, corruption and oppression threatening our most precious resource, our Families. 

We are formally announcing our participation as a National Civil Rights Movement to restore the Constitution to our lawless courts for the sake of Children, Families and Individual Persons in this Country, the United States of America. This new Civil Rights Movement is about the Natural, Inherent Rights Bestowed upon each and everyone of us by our Creator being unlawfully usurped and intruded upon by the very people charged by the United States Constitution to protect those rights. Apathy is no longer a choice for any of us who chose Freedom and Liberty. Our very own representative government is destroying the sanctity of the American Family in this Country, the United States of America. 

LET IT BE KNOWN THESE CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS TAKE PLACE IN OUR COURTS, DAILY: 

Amendment One is being violated by unlawful gag orders issued in family courts abridging the people's freedom of speech, freedom of press and freedom of association. Also, our right to Peaceable Assembly is interrupted, permits are required in order for the people to speak up and/or freely associate. 

Amendments Four and Fourteen provide for equal protection under the law and the right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures. Government agents unlawfully seize children across America at an alarmingly high rate every day. 

Amendment Five provides that no person be subject to the same offense twice. Yet accused parents face the Court and State Central Registry Listing. 

Amendment Six provides for the right to face your accuser. Accused Parents are denied this inherent right. 

Amendment Fourteen provides for Due Process of Law. Yet, parents lose their liberty and property interests without fair trial or fair procedures such as the right to submit evidence at trial. Losing their children. 

In the words of one Dutchess County Family Court Judges, "This is not a Constitutional Court, a person is not afforded the same protections here as in other courts. CPS does not need a warrant, they can knock down your door, enter your home and use anything they find as evidence against you."

ARE YOU OUTRAGED YET? JOIN US IN DEFENSE OF THE FIRST AMENDEMENT AND FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS, 8 AM SHARP, AUGUST 21, 2003. ONLY TOGETHER ON ONE COMMON GROUND WE CAN BEGIN TO HOLD THE JUDICIARY ACCOUNTABLE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION TO OUR COURTS. RETURN THE CHILDREN TO THEIR FAMILIES. "BECAUSE NO LIE CAN LAST FOREVER" 

And we've been lied to, folks and by our very judges we entrusted as our public servants.

MULTI-COUNTY RALLY BEING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 2003 IN SUPPORT OF CHILD WELFARE REFORM, FAMILY COURT REFORM AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR JUDGES/GOVERNMENT AGENTS. 

Who is the authority in YOUR life? Make the Record of Crimes perpetrated against you by NON
CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS now being used against WE, THE PEOPLE, to strip us of our rights, our family associations, our privacy, our money, and our land. 

Poughkeepsie, NY - August 7, 2003 - We have collectively trusted our public servants and
assumed that the courts in America are constitutional, as they give lip service to an oath
to uphold the U.S. Constitution. We have learned, through the experience of hundreds of
thousands of families across this nation, that our rights have been undermined in the
courts, as more and more people are being stripped of their natural rights and their
families destroyed without Due Process of Law. 

The STATE has become a tyrant, using judges, attorneys and other agents as enforcers of the
money machine. The Legislature has created non-constitutional courts, such as Family Court,
to produce a steady flow of Federal funding into the STATE. We are not told that we are
going to be stripped of our constitutionally protected rights in these courtrooms. The
media does not inform the People about the horrendous crimes committed by the STATE agents.


In Family Court, our children are being redistributed from unlicensed, natural parents to
state-licensed caregivers-for-pay without Due Process Law. In the words of one of our
local, Dutchess County Family Court Judges, "This is not a Constitutional Court, a person
is not afforded the same protections here as in other courts. CPS does not need a warrant,
they can knock down your door, enter your home and use anything they find as evidence
against you." 

The demonstration/protest being held on August 18, 2003 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm will begin at
the Poughkeepsie Post Office at north end of Market Street and end in front of the Family
Court House. At this event, we hope to correct one of the biggest problems we face as
average people: We don't know our rights. A common misperception is that the Constitution GIVES people rights. On the contrary, the Constitution does not GIVE anybody rights - it protects NATURAL, INHERENT RIGHTS bestowed by our Creator and RESTRICTS GOVERNMENT to protect these rights for each individual, EQUALLY.

Meeting to be announced:

At a date at the end of June (to be announced) 10 am until 4 pm Mid-Hudson VOCAL is having a Town-Hall Meeting (most likely in the Delano Hitch Recreation Building, Newburgh).  

The meeting will focus on getting through the system, step-by-step. Sheryl Lane-McGrath will be joined by Ron Loeber who will speak on J.A.I.L.  We are hopeful that a Civil Rights lawyer will attend and speak. 

We have claimed our place in society and history as a Civil Rights Movement and this will formally announce to Orange County our views and goals.
