Be at Erie County Court House at 9:30 on July 15, 16, continuing at 10:30 am on September 22, 23, 24th, and Tuesday Sept. 30 from 10 -12 and 2-4.  Wed Oct. 1 from 10 -12 (ex will be testifying) and 2 -4 (I will take the stand).  No court Thursday.  

 Summations in the case against Jessica will be heard in Buffalo County Court House, Judge Forma, Part 9 on Thursday October 9th starting at 10:15am. Jessica would sure welcome the support. Come and hear for yourself and don't rely on the news media.

Hello Everyone,

I hope this letter finds you well. As you may know, I am finally approaching trail. After 3 years of torture my case will be heard beginning Tuesday July 15 and Wednesday July 16 with pretrial motions to be heard. This will followed by jury selection and trail (dates above). 

Now is the time during which I need your support desperately. I am asking for your support in two ways. Any one who is available to attend court on Tuesday and Wednesday in so very welcome. We will be in Erie County Court (the old building) at 10:00 (both days), third floor, part 9, Judge Forma. Media is expected. Both the media and the judge need to see the presence of support.  

Secondly, it would be tremendously helpful if you could write to both Judge Forma and John Ashcroft (the attorney general) whose addresses are below. Many deceptions are being uncovered in this matter and leaders in the area are not willing to take a stand, so we are going to the top.  I truly need as many letters as possible. If you would encourage anyone you know, who is concerned about the disgraceful abuse of the justice, write a letter calling for an investigation and justice in resolution.

I have not been allowed to see the kids of almost 3 months now. I  am very worried about them and I miss them terribly. Family court refuses to provide me with a supervisor for visitation. They will not even return my calls. By the grace of God, my health is well and your support gives  me the strength to continue my fight for justice.
